Update e-mail address and mobile phone number
Description: If your e-mail address and mobile phone number have not been updated in the Inland Revenue Department's Revenue Administration Management Information System (RAMIS), by correcting the information, you can get the latest information about your refund requests online through e-Services. The updating of email address and mobile number can be done by accessing the System through e-Services using your password or by submitting a written request along with the Change Taxpayer Registration Details Application Form, to the Customer Information Updating Unit located in the second floor of the Inland Revenue Head office or any Metropolitan/Regional Office.
