Forced Registration Unit

Forced Registration Unit ​is a liaison office between the branches of Inland Revenue and other government agencies and banks.

The main activities of Branch

• Opening of Individual Tax Files for Persons with Income exceeding 1.8 Million Rupees.(Per year)
• Calling for Information from Public and Private Sector Institutions.
• Distribution of information received from Government and other institutions to the relevant tax files of the Department.
